Our financial system is not fit for purpose. It is divorced from the realities of both people’s lives and the climate crisis we face. 

A growing movement of people, companies and organisations is working to build a financial system that serves our communities and protects our planet.

Meet the Team

  • Managing Director

    Alice is Managing Director of Three Fin Consulting and a Trustee of the Finance Innovation Lab. She has worked with the UN, charities and financial service providers for over a decade to create a fairer and more sustainable financial sector.

    She began her career at Lloyd’s of London, before shifting her focus to social and environmental issues within the financial sector. As Research and Innovation Officer at the International Labour Organization’s Impact Insurance Facility, Alice worked with insurers to introduce new inclusive products. She founded Three Fin Consulting (previously Merry & Co) in 2018.

    Alice is a graduate of Cambridge University and the Geneva Graduate Institute’s Executive Master in Development Policy and Practice, and holds a Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute. She speaks English and Spanish.

  • Researcher

    Johan is a Political Scientist and holds a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Development Studies from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). His work at Three Fin Consulting focuses on research and advisory services in financial inclusion, microinsurance, social finance, and human development. His experience combines data analysis, strategic knowledge production, support for community-based organizations, applied research in human rights, social innovation, and previous work in the private insurance sector.
